This charming wallpaper from 1882 has been reproduced to allow the application of special printing techniques, including grit and mica, giving relief and texture to this two-colour wallpaper design. A fabric of the same name is also available.

Seasons by May is our interpretation of a c.1895 embroidery called ‘Spring and Summer’ designed and most likely stitched by May Morris. Produced on an textured cloth our version features a mirrored trellis of parakeets stylised roses tulips leaves and turning stems accented with intricate detail across the feathers and petals. Available in three colourways: Linen Indigo and Saffron.

Dating back to 1883, Strawberry Thief is one of Morris & Co.’s most iconic designs. This velvet interpretation retains the same enchanting detail of the original which was said to be inspired by the thrushes Morris found stealing fruit from his kitchen garden.

Based on a carpet designed by John Henry Dearle in the 1890s, this sumptuous velvet fabric depicts Persian, overblown flowers climbing in a trailing pattern with softened edges and available in distinct colourways. Use on upholstery to give a room an eclectic look and rich palette.

For Morris, tapestry was the highest form of decorative art. Inspired in part by J. H. Dearles The Brook Tapestry and the friezes that sit beneath the Holy Grail Tapestries, this digitally printed fabric design recreates the crispness and beautiful detail of medieval tapestries. One colourway is printed on cotton velvet and two on textured cloth reminiscent of original tapestry surfaces. Also available as a wide-width wallpaper.

Designed by Alison Gee in 2013 this printed fabric depicts scrolling acanthus leaves peacocks hares and foxes amongst bunches of wild flowers digitally printed on velvet and linen for added luxury and inspired by the Forest Tapestry by Morris & Co. Use alongside rich antique wood and painted panelling.

Quintessentially Morris, scrolling flowers and foliage cover this 100% cotton upholstery fabric design from 1883. Originally discharge printed at Merton Abbey, great care has been taken to maintain the marks, textures and colours of the hand block-printed fabric. It is printed in two original colourways along with three modern options and suitable for blinds, cushions, drapes and upholstery.
