Refunds & Returns
Except as stated above under damaged Goods we will not accept the return of goods for refund unless, in our sole opinion, they are not up to the acceptable quality standard we believe you would expect.
We will not accept any return of goods if they have been cut in any way since receipt by you. If goods are accepted for return, we will offer you the choice of replacement or refund. Any refund will only be made by the same method as payment was originally received.
No returns will be accepted if you change your mind because the product isn’t what you expected. We recommend that you request a cutting to be certain of your decision.
Any return or refund must be discussed within 14 days of purchase.
Wallpaper - As we do not hold stock on hand due to batch numbers, all wallpapers are ordered in as per each individual order therefore we cannot offer returns or exchanges on over ordered, incorrectly ordered products or change of mind.
This includes mixed batch colour variances resulting from: under ordering and/or placing orders at different dates.
Checking the wallpaper before hanging is your, the buyer’s, responsibility. Please carefully read our Terms & Conditions of Sale and Returns and Exchange Policy, as we assume no liability, will not accept any returns or refunds, once you’ve cut or pasted the wallpaper.

Any costs associated with an approved exchange for any reason other than the product being faulty will be at the buyers expense and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
AvailabilitySometimes products are out of stock or are discontinued without notice. Should goods, for any reason, not be supplied to you, you will not be charged for those goods otherwise any monies paid for those goods, will be refunded. The refund will be processed as per the method in which it was received. Compensation will not be offered for any losses incurred as a result of the product not being supplied.
Many of the brands distributed by The Fabric Editors website are subject to licensing agreements and are not able to be shipped internationally.
Damaged GoodsAs soon as goods are delivered to you, we absolve responsibility of them. Should you delay accepting the delivery of said goods, our responsibility ends on the date the carrier attempted to deliver goods to you. Should goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 24 hours in writing by email. If you do not notify us within this time, we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. If you return goods to us damaged on arrival and they are found to be undamaged these will be returned to you and a fee of 30% of the purchase price of the goods plus the costs of carriage will be charged to
you. Any goods returned to us as damaged and found to be so will either be replaced by us or the full purchase price refunded to you. Any refund will only be made by the same method as payment was originally received.
Check carefully for faults, and if the goods are being manufactured or installed by a third party, make sure they check the goods thoroughly on your behalf. We cannot accept returns or claims for credit once goods have been cut or made up.
Inspect each roll of wallpaper thoroughly before commencing installation. Notify us if there are flaws and do not proceed.
