$10 Save $-10Holiday closures - Our sampling department will be closed from the 5th December until the 13th of January 2026. You are welcome to submit your orders and they will be actioned upon our return but applicable lead times will still apply.

You can request up to 6 samples. This will include a tracking number when dispatched which will be emailed to you. If stock is available, delivery typically takes about 2 to 3 weeks.
The sample cost is refunded once your future order has been placed and sample/s are returned. Please enquire further upon processing your order.
Bespoke products such as Kelly Wearstler, Borastapeter Ralph Lauren, Cole and Son & Casamance can have a sample lead time of approx. 4 weeks. Other Brands are approx a 2 week lead time.
If for any reason your samples don’t arrive within 4 weeks - please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll be happy to help. In the meantime, no need to follow up before the 4-week mark, if any item is on back order, we’ll contact you right away. Thank you for your patience—we truly appreciate it!
Like you, we are very conscious of reducing our carbon footprint in the world so returned samples will enjoy a credit of monies spent.

- Your order will be shipped by a private freight company during business hours Mon-Fri and will require a signature on receipt.
- If you are not usually at your billing/home address, please provide a shipping address where the order can be signed for (maybe your work address).
- We do not ship with Australia Post as they do not handle the long fabric parcels (usually 150cm long roll)
