The « Scène d’Eté » fabric is a digital print on a cotton base with a 280cm drop. You can see Toile de Jouy at its best. Cupid could have drawn these romantic scenes. The very definition of the countryside, full of details, each lovelier than the last.

Inspired by a treasured ceramic collected in Sicily, Scopello plays with tonal variation and a scalloped form to add depth and inspire opulence. This design has been hand block printed on 100% linen.

Seasons by May is our interpretation of a c.1895 embroidery called ‘Spring and Summer’ designed and most likely stitched by May Morris. Produced on an textured cloth our version features a mirrored trellis of parakeets stylised roses tulips leaves and turning stems accented with intricate detail across the feathers and petals. Available in three colourways: Linen Indigo and Saffron.

Le Jardin Chinois celebrates the fantasy and timelessness of chinoiserie. The collection is a reflection of the West’s artistic fascination with the lifestyles, imagery, crafts and colors of this faraway land. The Brunschwig & Fils archive provided some of the designs that have been included in the numerous prints, weaves and embroideries found in the collection.
