A dramatic document of hollyhock flowers was found in Paris and just as this beloved flower frames the garden in real life, with its statuesque stalks and lush blooms, so too it sets the frame for the collection with its striking composition and detailed artistry. The hollyhock, part of the Alcea Genus, is a hearty, traditional floral producing beautiful flowers on tall, sturd stalks. Shown in ‘high noon’ a camel ground with delicate pink blooms, and ‘spring frost’ with a lovat ground and pale white blooms, the beautiful artistry shines through and will delight for ages.
