Refunds & Returns

Except as stated above under damaged Goods we will not accept the return of goods for refund unless, in our sole opinion, they are not up to the acceptable quality standard we believe you would expect. We will not accept any return of goods if they have been cut in any way since receipt by you. If goods are accepted for return, we will offer you the choice of replacement or refund. Any refund will only be made by the same method as payment was originally received. No returns will be accepted if you change your mind because the product isn’t what you expected. We recommend that you request a cutting to be certain of your decision.


Wallpaper - As we do not hold stock on hand due to batch numbers, all wallpapers are ordered in as per each individual order therefore we cannot offer returns or exchanges on over ordered, incorrectly ordered products or change of mind.
This includes mixed batch colour variances resulting from: under ordering and/or placing orders at different dates.


Any costs associated with an approved exchange for any reason other than the product being faulty will be at the buyers expense and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
